Nationality/ Citizenship:

A candidate must be either:

  • a citizen of India, or
  • a subject of Nepal, or
  • a subject of Bhutan, or
  • a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
  • a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries viz. Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Educational Qualification:

1. DGM (Chief Risk Officer)

  • Professional qualification in Financial Risk Management from GARP or Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute
  • Should have 5 years experience is must in corporate credit and risk management at the level of Assistant General Manager or above with minimum experience of one year in corporate credit and one year in risk management.

2. AGM (Economy and Strategy)

  • Candidates should have completed Post Graduate degree in Economics.
  • Desirable: M.Phil., Ph.D.
  • Should have 3 years of experience in Banks / Financial Institutions / Government Institutions / other public sector institutions in the areas related to economic research or strategic planning. Relevant experience in Banks/ Financial Institutions will be preferred.

3. AGM (MIS)

  • Candidates should have completed Post Graduate degree in Statistics. OR Post Graduate degree / diploma in Operation Research.
  • Desirable: M.Phil., Ph.D.
  • Should have 3 years of experience in Banks / Financial Institutions / Government Institutions / other public sector institutions in the areas related to MIS / Data Analytics / forecasting. Relevant experience in Banks/ Financial Institutions will be preferred.

4. AGM (Human Resources)

  • Candidates should have completed a Graduate degree in Personnel Management / IRPM / LLPM OR Graduate with MBA (HR) OR Graduate with PG Diploma in HR / personnel management or equivalent.
  • Should have 3 years of experience in Banks / Financial Institutions / Government Institutions / other public sector institutions in the areas related to HR / Industrial Relations etc. Relevant experience in Banks / Financial Institutions will be preferred.

5. RM (Risk Management)

  • Candidates should have completed a Graduate degree, with professional qualification in Financial Risk Management from Global Association of Risk Professionals, or Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute.
  • 02 years of experience in corporate credit and risk management at the level of Manager (Scale – II) or above in one or more PSBs, or having similar roles and responsibilities in one or more regulated lending entity, with minimum experience of one year in corporate credit and one year in risk management.

6. Manager (Credit Audit)

  • Candidates should have completed CA / CMA / CWA / CFA or Graduate with MBA (Finance).
  • 2 years of experience in Banks / FI / Financial Institutions handling Credit / Audit / Risk.

7. Manager (Legal)

  • Candidates should have completed LLB Degree.
  • Desirable: LLM
  • 02 years of experience in Banks / Financial Institutions handling Legal and recovery matters as Law Officer.

8. Manager (Economy & Strategy)

  • Candidates should have completed a Graduate degree in Economics
  • Desirable: Post Graduate or M.Phil
  • 02 years of experience in Banks / Financial Institutions / Government Institutions / other
    public sector institutions in the areas related to economic research or strategic planning. Relevant experience in Banks / Financial Institutions will be preferred.

9. Manager (MIS)

  • Candidates should have completed a Graduate degree in Statistics
  • Desirable: Post Graduate, M.Phil.
  • 02 years of experience in Banks / Financial Institutions / Government Institutions / other
    public sector institutions in the areas related to MIS / Data Analytics / forecasting. Relevant experience in Banks/ Financial Institutions will be preferred.
