Educational Qualification:

1. Manager (Risk Management)

  • Candidates should have completed EMBA / PGDBM or its equivalent as fulltime course from a recognised university / institution. Specialisation in Finance is preferred.
  • Other Professional Qualification Required: CFA / FRM / PRM (mandatory).

2. Manager (Credit Analyst)

  • Candidates should have completed MBA / Master’s Degree in Management / Post Graduate Diploma in Management or their equivalents OR Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant.
  • Other Professional Qualification Preferred: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program by the America based CFA Institute.

3. Senior Special Executive (Compliance)

  • Candidates should have completed Graduation in any discipline as full time course from a recognized university / institution.
  • Other Professional Qualification (Compulsory): Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) / Certified Financial Crime Specialist (CFCS) (Professional).

4. Senior Special Executive (Strategy-TMG)

  • Candidates should have completed FMBA / PGDBM or its equivalent as fulltime course from a recognised university / institution. Specialization in Finance is mandatory.
  • Other Professional Qualification (preferred): FRM, CFA

5. Senior Special Executive – (Global Trade)

  • Candidates should have completed MBA / PGDM or its equivalent as regular two-year programme from a recognised university / Institute. Specialisation in Finance / Marketing is preferred.
  • Other Professional Qualification (preferred): Any certification/course in International Trade Finance will be preferred.

6. Senior Executive (Retail & Subsidiaries), (Finance), (Marketing)

  • Candidates should have completed MBA / PGDBM or its equivalent as fulltime course from a recognized University / Institution. Specialisation in Finance is preferred.

7. Deputy Chief Technology Officer (IT-Digital Banking)

  • Candidates should have completed BE/BTech (in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology) / MCA / M.Sc / M.Tech from recognized university.

8. Manager (History)

  • Candidates should have completed Master of Arts (Economics) OR Master of Arts (History) – full time course with 60% marks (First class) or equivalent to First class as per university degree from UGC recognised universities / institutions.

9. Executive (Document Preservation-Archives)

  • Candidates should have completed Graduate in science (Chemistry) – full time course with 60% marks (First Class) or equivalent to First class as per university degree from UGC recognised universities / institutions.

10. Manager (Credit Analyst)

  • Graduation in any stream, AND MBA/ PGDBA/ PGDBM or their equivalent (with specialisation in Finance) as 2-year regular course. Candidates having qualification of CA / CFA / ICWA (CMS) are also eligible to apply.

11. Manager (Job Family & Succession Planning)

  • Graduation in any stream as full-time course, AND MBA/ PGDM or its equivalent with Specialisation in HR as full time course.

12. Manager (Remittances)

  • Full Time B.E./ B. Tech in any stream (Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Instrumentation etc.) AND
  • Full Time MBA / PGDM or equivalent Management degree.

13. Manager (Job Family & Succession Planning)

  • Full time MBA/PGDBM or its equivalent with specialisation in Marketing / Finance from Institutes recognized / approved by Govt. bodies / AICTE / UGC.
  • Course completed through correspondence / part time will not be eligible.

14. Dy. Manager (Marketing – Financial Institutions)

  • MBA / PGDM or its equivalent 2-year full time course (Specialisation in ‘Marketing’ is preferred).

15. Dy. Manager (Chartered Accountant)

  • Chartered Accountant (preferably passed in one attempt).

16. Dy. Manager (Anytime Channel)

  • BE / B. Tech in IT stream only (Electronics & Communication / Computer / Electrical / Information Science etc.), AND Full time 2 years MBA / PGDM or equivalent Management degree.

17. Deputy Manager (Strategic Training)

  • MBA / PGDM or its equivalent as a full-time course. Preference will be given to candidates having specialization in HR / Marketing.

18. Data Analyst

  • B.E/B.Tech / M.E/M.Tech in computer science / IT / Data Science / Machine Learning and AI with min 60%.
  • Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification work experience as Data Analyst in Corporates / Financial Institutions / NBFCs / PSUs.

19. Chief Ethics Officer

  • Minimum 20 years of experience (as on 01.04.2021) in Banking or Financial Institution or Corporate Sector, as well as experience in the rank of General Manager or  equivalent, preferably for 3 to 5 years.

20. Advisor (Fraud Risk Management)

  • The Candidate should be a retired IPS / State Police Officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police at the time of retirement. Should have worked in / handled Vigilance / Economic Offences / Cyber Crime Department(s).
