Pay Scale:
The scale of pay for the post of Assistant Manager posts inclusive of DA & HRA is as follows. The selected candidates will be paid a salary as specified in the below table.

Age Limit:
Candidates should have attained the minimum age limit and should not have completed the maximum age limit as on 1st October 2021. The age limit to be eligible for the Assistant Manager posts is given below.

Educational Qualification:
- Candidates should have completed Graduation from a recognized university with 60% aggregate marks or
- Commerce graduate with 55% aggregate marks from a recognized university.
- Preference to the candidates with PG in disciplines like economics, Statistics and also additional qualifications like Diploma from IIBF, Mumbai.
- Preference will be given to candidates with computer knowledge.
Selection Process:
The selection process involves two steps
- Online Exam
- Interview
Exam Pattern:
Selection for the assistant manager post will be made through online exam. The online exam pattern is as follows.
- The Online Test will be conducted in English.
- All questions will be of objective type.
- For each wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be detected.
- But unanswered questions will not carry any negative marks.
