Educational Qualification:

1. AGM:

  • Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Candidates with MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science will be given preference. The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Certification is mandatory
  • Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in Officer cadre in IT as a Technology Architect.

2. Chief Manager 

  • Bachelor of Engineering  Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Candidate with MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science will be given preference.
  • Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 9 years of experience in Officer cadre in IT in banking and electronic payment services industry is mandatory.

3. Senior Manager

  • Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Candidates with MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science will be given preference.
  • Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in Officer Cadre in IT.

4. GM

  • Graduate from University / Institution / Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body.
  • Minimum 18 years of experience in banking / financial Services industry is mandatory.

5. Manager

  • Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with Post Graduate Degree in Finance / Commerce will be preferred.
  • Post Qualification Work Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience in Officer Cadre is mandatory

6. DGM

  • Graduate in any discipline / Chartered Accountant from ICAI or equivalent.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Banking / Financial Sector in officer cadre is mandatory.

7. Company Secretary

  • Must be an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
  • Candidates with Additional qualification of Chartered Accountant from ICAI and LLB will be preferred. Knowledge of Banking RegulationAct, 1949 and RBI guidelines / knowledge / circulars is preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience as Company Secretary.

  2. The candidates must register themselves using their active email id and mobile number.
  3. Once completing the registration, fill in all the details asked in the application form correctly as no correction is allowed after submitting the form.
