SSC CPO Syllabus 2022: The Staff Selection Commission has released SSC CPO Recruitment 2022 notification on 10/08/2022 for 4695 posts. SSC CPO Syllabus & Exam Pattern 2022:
Aspirants should go through the exam pattern before they start their preparation. It is more understandable when candidates refer the exam pattern before viewing the syllabus. Also the selection process of SSC CPO exam given below.
Selection Procedure:
SSC CPO selection involves three steps as follows.
- Paper-I – Online Exam (involves Multiple choice questions).
- Physical Standard Test / Medical Standard Test.
- Paper-II – Online Exam (involves Multiple choice questions)
SSC CPO Paper-I Exam Pattern 2022:
Paper-I exam is scheduled to be conducted in November 2022. SSC CPO Paper-I exam consists of 4 sections General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Knowledge, Quantitative Aptitude, English Comprehension. A total of 200 questions each question carries 1 mark and for each wrong answer 0.25 get reduced.

PST involves height and weight checking, chest measurement etc. Candidates qualified in the physical test will be allowed to attend the paper-II exam.

Physical Endurance Test:
For male candidates:
- 100 metre race in 16 seconds
- 1.6 Kms race in 6.5 minutes
- Long Jump: 3.65 metre in 3 chances
- High Jump : 1.2 metre in 3 chances
- Shot put (16 Lbs): 4.5 metre in 3 chance
For female candidates:
- 100 metre race in 18 seconds
- 800 metre race in 4 minutes
- Long Jump: 2.7 metre in 3 chances
- High Jump: 0.9 metre in 3 chances.
SSC CPO Paper-II Exam Pattern 2022:
Candidates qualified in the Physical Standard Test / Medical Standard Test can refer the SSC CPO Paper-II exam pattern. This paper consists of only one section i.e. English Language and Comprehension. The exam will have only objective type questions. The Paper-II is conducted for 200 marks with a duration of 2 hours. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
