Job Profile:

• Complete oversight of the Legal and Compliance verticals of the Company to ensure that all activities are being done under proper regulatory frameworks.
• Establish, implement and continuously improve a consistent compliance and legal framework for the identification, management, monitoring and reporting of Compliance & Legal risks and issues relating to but not limited to Regulatory & Statutory bodies like RBI, CVC, MCA, SEBI, Stock Exchanges etc.
• Regulatory management including timely follow up, reporting and filings on compliance matters, attending to all Corporate Governance and disclosure requirements and handling audits under the Statutes applicable to the Company, relating to compliance and governance matters.
• Applying effective risk management techniques and provide proactive practical advice/ remedies to the Business Teams to mitigate compliance and regulatory risks involved in the business transactions.
• Conduct or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues. Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.
• Provide legal advice and support business units in transactions, governance and risk management, manage external legal advisers & support the business to manage legal and regulatory risks
• Monitoring and Governance of Contracts -Drafting and standardizing all legal documents relating to the Company including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Statement of Works, LicensingAgreements, Loan/ Financing documents, Listing requirements and other legal documents pertaining to the Company.
• Litigation management and recovery support, facilitation and dispute resolution by recording and monitoring of all claims, disputes, notices etc. with respect to contracts, customer delinquencies and other corporate matters.
• Liaise with, and represent the Company before various forums, including regulators, public authority, parent bank, etc. and creating relations of trust.

Age Limit:

The upper age limit is 55 years.

Educational Qualification:

• Candidates should be completed LLM / LLB.
• Candidates holding a CS Degree would be preferred.
• Candidates should have a minimum of 10+ years of relevant work experience in Legal and / or Compliance function from the banking and financial services sector. Preferably with large NBFCs.

Selection Process:

The selection will be based on the Interview.
