Vacancy Details of IPPB Manager, Chief Manager, General Manager Recruitment 2022:

IPPB has published the recruitment notification which invites 12 vacancies for Manager, Senior Manager, Chief Manager, AGM, DGM, GM posts. Candidates can check the list of vacancies in the below table.

Pay Scale:

Monthly salary will be given to the selected candidates. Check salary details in the below table.

Age Limit (as on 01/03/2022):

Candidates will be eligible for the post only if they have a required age limit. Check the age limit given in the below table. Age relaxation will be applicable for certain categories as per the bank rules.

Educational Qualification:

1. AGM:

• Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Candidates with MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science will be given preference. The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Certification is mandatory
• Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in Officer cadre in IT as a Technology Architect.

2. Chief Manager 

• Any Commerce graduate with Chartered Accountant (Final) qualified.
• Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 9 years of experience Finance / Accounts / Audit is mandatory. (of which) Minimum 5 years of experience in officer cadre in Finance / Accounts department of a Bank is mandatory.

3. Senior Manager (System / Database Administration)

• Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology or Computer Science / MCA
• Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in Officer Cadre in IT.

4. GM

• Graduate from University / Institution / Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body.
• Minimum 18 years of experience in banking / financial services industry is mandatory.

5. Manager

• BSc. in Electronics, Physics, Computer Science, Information Technology or
• B.Tech / B.E- Electronics, Information Technology, Computer Science or
• MSc. Electronics, Physics, Applied Electronics.
• Post Qualification Work Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience in ITOfficer Cadre is mandatory.

6. DGM

• Graduate in any discipline / Chartered Accountant from ICAI or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Banking / Financial Sector in officer cadre is mandatory.

7. Chief Compliance Office

• Must be a Graduate in any discipline.
• The CCO shall have an overall experience of at least 15 years in the banking or financial services

8. Chief Manager – Retail Payments

• Any Graduate with MBA or equivalent.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in Officer Cadre in a Bank/ Financial Institutions.

9. Senior Manager

• BSc. in Electronics, Physics, Computer Science, Information Technology or
• B.Tech / B.E- Electronics, Information Technology, Computer Science or
• MSc. Electronics, Physics, Applied Electronics.
• Post Qualification Work Experience: Minimum 06 years of experience in ITOfficer Cadre is mandatory.

10. Chief Technology Officer

• Any Engineering Graduate / MCA or equivalent qualification.
• The Candidate must have an overall experience of at least 15 years.
