Pay Scale:

CTC is negotiable. Annual CTC will depend upon Experience & Emoluments of candidates in the present employment and place of posting. Salary shall not be a constraint for the right candidate. Annual increment, up to 5% of CTC finalised initially, may be considered by the Bank, based on performance.

Educational Qualification:

1. Junior Developer

• Candidates should have completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MCA, Indian or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience with Information Technology.

2. Senior Developer

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MCA, Indian or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
• At least 5-8 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Senior Back End Java Developers: At least 3-5 years of experience with Information Technology.

3. Technical Lead

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MCA, Indian or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 10-12 years of experience with Information Technology.

4. J2EE Technical Lead

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MCA, Indian or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 10-12 years of experience with Information Technology.

5. DevOps Lead

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 12 years of experience with Information Technology.

6. Technical Architect

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MCA, Indian or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 13 years of experience with Information Technology.

7. Technical Program Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MCA, Indian or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 18 years of experience with Information Technology.
