Hi Ashok Kumar,
Previously UPSC recruited candidates for DCIO in the year 2018. In 2018 there were total of 2697 candidates appeared for the CBRT (Computer Based Recruitment Test) out of which 6 candidates were selected. This year DCIO notification is out for 27 candidates. So a minimum of 10,000 candidates may appear for this year’s CBRT. But this is a rough number. You can check the previous year cut-off in below link.
