Educational Qualification:
1. Chief Manager
- B.E./B.Tech in relevant field with minimum 12 years of experience.
2. Senior Engineer (Chemical)
- B.E./B.Tech (Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering) in relevant fields.
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
3. Senior Officer
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with minimum 60% marks.
4. Senior Officer (HR)
- Bachelor’s Degree with MBA / MSW with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations / Human Resources Management with minimum 65% marks. OR
- Bachelor’s Degree with Two years Master Degree / Two years PG Diploma in Personnel Management / Personnel Management & Industrial Relations with minimum 65% marks.
5. Senior Officer (F&A)
- CA / CMA OR B.Com with MBA Finance. OR
- B.A. with Honours in Economics and MBA (Finance) OR
- B.A./B.Sc. with Honours in Maths / Statistics and MBA (Finance) OR
- B.E./B.Tech. and MBA (Finance).
- Candidates possessing CA/CMA should hold Associate membership of ICAI/ICMAI.
