Educational Qualification:

1. Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver:

Candidates should have passed 10th Standard.
Must have Original Valid HMV Driving License.

2. Customer Service Executive:

Candidates should have completed Graduate Degree.

3. Handyman:

SSC / 10th Standard Pass.
Must be able to read and understand the English Language.
Knowledge of Local and Hindi Languages, i.e. Ability to understand and speak is desirable.

4. Junior Customer Service Executive:

Candidates should have completed 12th standard.

5. Duty Officer

Candidates should have completed Graduate Degree with 12 years of experience.

6. Junior Officer Technical

Candidates should have completed B.E/B.Tech.
Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) Valid Driving License.
Must be in possession of LMV.

7. Duty Manager Ramp

Any Graduate Degree or Diploma with 16 years of experience.

8. Duty Manager Passenger

Graduate Degree with 16 years of experience.

9. Ramp Service Executive / Senior Ramp Service Executive

Diploma or ITI in relevant discipline.
Candidate must carry an original valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) license.
