- LLB (Degree in law) with 3 years of experience.

- M.Sc or M.E/M.Tech with 1 year experience.
3. Deputy Architect
- Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
4. Scientist ‘B’
- Masters’s Degree in relevant subject with 03 years experience.
5. Junior Scientific Officer (Toxicology)
- Masters’s Degree in relevant subject with 03 years experience.
6. Assistant Director
- Post Graduate Degree in relevant discipline with 2 or 3 years experience.
7. Director General
- M.Sc with relevant work experience.
8. Administrative Officer
- Certificate in relevant Classes or Post Graduate Diploma in Maritime Operation and Management or M.Sc degree in Maritime Affairs.
9. Assistant Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree with two years of working experience.
