Educational Qualification:
1. Associate Professor
- A Ph.D Degree with First class at Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant discipline. or
- In the event the candidate is from industry and the profession, the following shall constitute as essential.
- First class Master’s Degree in a relevant subject.
- Significant professional work which can be recognized as equivalent to a PhD Degree in in relevant discipline.
- Provided that the recognition for significant professional experience shall be valid only if the same is recommended unanimously by a three Member Committee of Experts appointed by the Competent Authority.
2. Professor
A Ph.D Degree with First class at Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Control System Engineering / Embedded System Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering / Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering / Controls & Instrumentation Engineering / Electrical Engineering and experience of ten years of teaching, research and/or industry, out of which at least five years at the level of Assistant Professor / Reader or equivalent grade. OR
In the event the candidate is from industry and the profession, the following shall constitute as essential-
- First class Master’s Degree in a relevant subject.
- Significant professional work which can be recognized as equivalent to a PhD Degree in Control System Engineering/ Embedded System Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering / Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering / Controls & Instrumentation Engineering / Electrical Engineering and Industrial / professional experience of ten years out of which at least five years at a senior level of Assistant Professor / Reader.
Provided that the recognition for significant professional experience shall be valid only if the same is recommended unanimously by a three Member Committee of Experts appointed by the Competent Authority.
3. Tutor
- Masters degree in Nursing from a recognized University or Institute. or
- B.Sc. Nursing or Post basic B.Sc. Nursing with one year experience in a Nursing College recognized by Indian Nursing Council.
- Registered as Nurse and Mid-Wife with Central or State Nursing Council.
