Educational Qualification:

1. Junior Scientific Officer:

  • Candidates should be completed a M.Sc. in microbiology from a recognized university or institute (OR)
  • Candidates should be completed M.Sc. in Botony with specialization in Plant Pathology or Microbiology or Mycology from a recognized University or Institute (OR)
  • Candidates should be completed M.Sc. in Agriculture with a specialization in Soil Science or Agriculture Chemistry or Agronomy or Microbiology or Plant Pathology or Horticulture or Agricultural Extension from a recognized university or institute.

Desirable:

  • Ph.D. in any discipline mentioned in essential qualifications.
  • Two years of experience in the field of research and development of biofertilizers and other aspects of organic farming

2. Regional Home Economist:

  • Candidates should be completed Master’s Degree in Agriculture or Agricultural Extension or Sociology or Home Science Extension from a recognized Agricultural University. (OR)
  • Candidates should be completed Bachelor of Science (Agriculture) from a recognized University or Institute with a Master of Business Administration from recognized University or Institute.

Experience:

Candidates should have three years of experience in agricultural extension work in any Government Department or Autonomous or Statutory Organization or in any University or recognized Institution.

Desirable:

Two years of experience in conducting Agriculture or Home Science Extension Training Programmes.

3. Scientist B (Civil Engineering):

Candidates should be completed Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institute.

Experience:

Candidates should have three year’s experience in the branch of Civil Engineering.

4. Scientist ‘B’ (Electrical Engineering):

Candidates should be completed Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university or institute.

Experience:

Having at least three years of research experience in Electrical Engineering.

5. Scientist ‘B’ (Environmental Engineering):

Candidates should be completed Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from a recognized university or institute.

Experience:

Having at least three years of research experience in Environmental Engineering.

6. Scientist ‘B’ (Mechanical Engineering):

Candidates should be completed Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or institute.

Experience:

Having at least three years of research experience in Mechanical Engineering.

7. Scientist ‘B’ (Geo Physics):

Candidates should be completed a Master’s Degree in Geo-Physics from a recognized University or Institute.

Experience:

Having at least three year’s experience in the field of Geo-Physics.
