Pay Scale:
- General Manager (Technical): 37,400 – 67,000 (PB-4) + 8800 (GP) plus allowances applicable.
- Revised 1,23,400/- (Level 29; Cell 1) plus allowances applicable.
Age limit:
The upper age limit is 50 years.
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates should be completed Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical Engineering.
- Post Graduate qualification in the above field is Preferred.
- Candidates must have a total experience of not less than 15 years in the operation of a Cement Plant of which five years must be in a senior position.
- Rich project experience in successful installation and commissioning of large scale Dry Cement or Allied Industries will be preferred.
