Selected candidates will be placed in the below pay scale.

Age Limit:

The upper age limit of the candidate as on 01/06/2022 is given below. Candidates should have been born before 01/06/1993 or after 01/06/2001.

• The upper age limit is 29 years.

Age Relaxation:

Reservation / Relaxation is applicable to candidates belonging to reserved categories as per Government of India directives. check relaxed age limits in the below table.

Educational Qualification:

1. Field Engineer (Electrical):

• Candidates should be completed full-time B.E / B.Tech. / B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electrical discipline or equivalent from recognized University / Institute with minimum 55% marks.
• Candidates should have one-year post qualification experience of Design / engineering / construction / testing & commissioning / Electrical works, etc. in rural electrification (RE) / distribution management system (DMS) / sub transmission (ST) / transmission lines (TLs) / sub-stations (S/S) etc.
• Experience in PSU / Listed company, particularly in the power sector, shall be preferred.

2. Field Engineer (Civil):

• Candidates should be completed full-time B.E / B.Tech. / B.Sc. (Engg.) in Civil discipline or equivalent from recognized University / Institute with minimum 55% marks.
• Candidates should have one-year post qualification experience of Design / engineering / construction / testing & commissioning / Civil works, etc. in rural electrification (RE) / distribution management system (DMS) / sub transmission (ST) / transmission lines (TLs) / sub-stations (S/S), etc.
• Experience in PSU / Listed company particularly in power sector shall be preferred.

3. Field Supervisor (Electrical):

• Candidates should be completed full-time Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from recognized technical Board / Institute with minimum 55% marks.
• Candidates shouldhave one-year post qualification experience of Construction / testing & commissioning / Electrical works, etc. in rural electrification (RE) / distribution management system (DMS) / sub transmission (ST) / transmission lines (TLs) / sub-stations (S/S) etc.
• Experience in PSU / Listed company particularly in the power sector shall be preferred.

4. Field Supervisor (Civil):

• Candidates should be completed full-time Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from recognized technical Board / Institute with minimum 55% marks.
• Candidates should have one-year post qualification experience of Construction / testing & commissioning / Civil works, etc. in rural electrification (RE) / distribution management system (DMS) / sub transmission (ST) / transmission lines (TLs) / sub-stations (S/S), etc.

Selection Process:

The selection will be based on the:

1. Written Exam
2. Interview

Written Exam Pattern:

Field Engineer:

• There will not be any negative marking.
• Qualifying marks in the screening test for UR / EWS category shall be 40% and for reserved (SC / ST / OBC(NCL) / PWD / Ex-SM for vacancies reserved for them) category 30%.

Field Supervisor:

• There will not be any negative marking.
• Qualifying marks in the screening test for UR / EWS category shall be 40% and for reserved (SC / ST / OBC(NCL) / PWD / Ex-SM for vacancies reserved for them) category 30%.
