Educational Qualification:
1. Diploma Engineers:
- Candidates should have completed Diploma in relevant engineering disciplines.
- SSP & QC Audit: B.Sc. (Hons. in Chemistry)
- Fire/Industrial Safety: Diploma in any Engineering Discipline with One Year Diploma (Regular/Correspondence) in Fire/Industrial Safety Engineering.
2. Graduate Engineers:
- B.E/B.Tech Engineering Degree in the relevant department.
- SSP & QC Audit: M.Sc. in Chemistry.
- Materials Management: Degree in Engineering (in any discipline) OR Full time regular MBA (Materials Management/ Supply Chain Management) OR PG Diploma in Materials Management (02 years regular course) (Recognized as equivalent to MBA by UGC/ AICTE).
- Finance: CA or CMA or Two years Full time MBA with specialization in Finance (Candidates with dual specialization or General MBA shall not be eligible to apply.
