Educational Qualification:
1. Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in any discipline of minimum 04 years duration with minimum 65% marks with SAP HCM certificate and having 03 years post qualification experience.
2. Superintending Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering of minimum 4 years duration with minimum 65% marks OR
- Bachelor’s degree in any branch of Engineering of minimum 4 years duration with Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering of minimum 2 years duration with minimum 60% marks OR
- Master’s degree in Environmental Science of minimum 2 years duration with minimum 60% marks
- Having minimum 3 years post qualification experience.
3. Superintending Medical Officer
- MD / DNB from a reputed Medical College / University recognized by Medical Council of India.
4. Senior Medical Officer
- MBBS from a reputed Medical College / University recognized by Medical Council of India with minimum 02 years post qualification experience.
5. Senior Security Officer
- Graduate of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline from a University / Institute recognized by Govt. of India and approved by UGC / appropriate statutory authority with minimum 2 years post qualification experience.
6. Senior Officer
- Bachelor’s Degree of minimum 4 years duration in relevant Engineering with minimum 65% marks.
- Senior Officer (Public Affairs): Post Graduate Degree in Mass Communication / Public Relations / Social Work / Rural Management of minimum 2 years duration with minimum 60% marks.
- Senior Officer (HR): MBA with Specialization in Personnel Management /HR/HRD/HRM of minimum 2 years duration with minimum 60% marks OR
- Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare of minimum 2 years duration with minimum 60% marks OR Minimum 2 years full time Post Graduate Diploma in PM/IR/Labour Welfare with minimum 60% marks OR PGDM / MBA with Specialization in HR from IIM with minimum 60% marks of minimum 2 years duration.
7. Senior Accounts Officer / Senior Internal Audit
- Associate Member of ICAI / ICMAI.
Selection Process:
The selection will be based on
- Computer Based Test
- Group Discussion (GD) / Group Task (GT)
- Personal Interview (PI)
