Pay Scale:
- Applicable as per NHM MP rules.
Age Limit:
- The age limit should be between 21 to 40 years.

Educational Qualification:
1. Staff Nurse
- Candidates should have passed higher secondary examination, 12th class in education system GNM / B.Sc Nursing courses.
- Should have a valid registration certificate from the Madhya Pradesh Nursing council.
2. ANM (Women Health Workers)
- The candidate should have passed the 12th class.
- ANM from government / Non- Government Women Multipurpose Health Worker Training centers.
- Must have valid registration certificate of Multipurpose Health Worker (ANM).
