Pay Scale:

  • Graduate Trainee & Management Trainee: 50,000 – 1,60,000/- per month.

Age Limit:

The upper age limit is 30 years.

Educational Qualification:

1. Mining:

Candidates should be completed a B.E. / B.Tech Mining or equivalent from a recognized University / Institute with minimum 60% marks.

2. Personnel:

  • Candidates should be completed a P.G. Degree in Social Work with specialization in Labour Welfare, Personnel Management and Industrial Relations with minimum 60% marks. (Or)
  • Candidates should be completed a P.G.Degree / Diploma (2 years duration) in IRPM / Master in Labour Studies from the recognized University / Institute with minimum 60% marks. (Or)
  • Candidates should be completed a MBA with specialization in Personnel Management / HR / HRD from recognized University / Institute with minimum 60% marks.
  • Preference will be given to Law Graduate.

3. Finance & Accounts:

Candidates should be completed CA / ICWA / CMA from the recognized Institute.

4. Marketing:

Candidates should be completed MBA (Full Time) in Marketing / Foreign Trade or minimum of 02 years (Full Time) P.G. Diploma in Marketing Management / Foreign Trade from a recognized University / Institute with minimum 60% marks.

5. Material:

  • Candidates should be completed Graduate in any Engineering discipline or equivalent.
  • MBA in Materials Management / Post Graduate Diploma (2 years) in Materials Management with a minimum of 60% marks.

6. Chemical:

Candidates should be completed B.E / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks.

7. Metallurgy:

Candidates should be completed B.E / B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 60% marks.

8. Mineral Processing:

Candidates should be completed M.Tech in Mineral Processing or equivalent with minimum 60% marks.

9. Contract Management:

Candidates should be completed Graduate in any Engineering discipline or equivalent with an MBA in Finance / Materials Management or a minimum 02 years PG Diploma in Finance / Materials Management with minimum 60% marks.

Selection Process:

The selection will be based on the:

  1. Computer-Based Online Test
  2.  Interview.

Pattern for the Computer Based Online Test:

The duration of the Computer Based Online Test will be for 90 minutes.

  • A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen.
  • Candidate should note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password.
  • Candidates upload the photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm)
  • Candidates upload the signature (with black ink)
  • Candidates upload the left thumb impression (on white paper with black or blue ink)
  • Candidates fill the online form with all the relevant correct details.
