Educational Qualification:

1. Business Development Executive I, II, III:

Candidates should be completed Degree (Preferably B.com / BBA) + MBA (preferably Finance) with 2 years post-qualification experience in Marketing, financial products, business management, investment promotion, etc.

2. Business Development Executive IV:

Candidates should be completed Degree + MBA with 2 years post qualification experience in the field of Branding, Marketing, Business Development activities, event Management in Govt ./ private sector and promotional activities.

3. Accountant:

Candidates should be completed B.com + M.com / CA (Inter) / ICWAI (Inter) with 3 years post qualification experience in accounting works.

4. Project Engineer:

Candidates should be completed B. Tech (Civil) with 3 years post qualification experience in execution of civil works and out of which 2 years of site experience.

5. Executive Assistant (MD):

Candidates should be completed Degree + MBA with 5 years post qualification experience as Executive assistant, Personal assistant or Secretary to top Management officials.

6. Executive Assistant (Chairman), Project Executive:

Candidates should be completed Engineering + MBA with 2 years post qualification Experience in marketing, Data collection and Analysis, Business development activities, liaison with agencies and Governments / private sector and promotional activities.

7. Finance-cum-Accounts Officer:

Candidates should be completed CA (inter) / ICWAI (inter) with 8 years post qualification Experience in finance and accounting works.

8. Project Officer:

Candidates should be completed Post Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering, Preferably with MBA. with 8 years post qualification Experience in execution of Civil Works.

9. Site Engineer:

Candidates should be completed full-time Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering with 3 years post qualification Experience for B-Tech / BE-Civil, and 8 years for Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Selection Process:

The selection will be based on the:

1. Written Test
2. Group Discussion
3. Interview.
