1.Scientist / Engineer-SD (Electronics):

• Candidates should be completed Ph.D. in fields related to Electronics / Communication / RF & Microwaves /Power Electronics / VLSI Design / Micro Electronics / Embedded Sys. / Signal Processing OR
• Candidates should be completed B.E. / B.Tech. in Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Electrical Engineering / Information & Communication Technology (ICT) in first class with aggregate minimum of 65% marks (average of all semesters) or CGPA / CPI grading of 6.84 on a ten scale.
• Candidates should be completed M.E. / M.Tech.in Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Electrical Engineering / Information & Communication Technology (ICT) with Specialization in Electronics / Communication / RF& Microwaves / Power Electronics / VLSI Design / Micro Electronics / Embedded Sys. / Signal Processingin FIRST CLASS with an aggregate minimum of 60% or CGPA / CPI grading of 6.5 on a ten scale

2. Scientist / Engineer-SC (Electronics):

• Candidates should be completed M.Sc. in Physics in first scale with aggregate minimum of 65% marks (average of all semesters) or CGPA/CPIgrading of 6.84on a ten scale.
• Candidates should be completed B.Sc. in Science / Mathematics in the first scale with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks (average of all years / semesters) or CGPA/CPI grading of 6.84 on a ten scale.

3. Scientist / Engineer-SC (Computer):

• Candidates should be completed M.E. / M.Tech. in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Computer Science & Engineering/ Information & Communication Technology (ICT), with Specialization in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning / Deep Learning / Image Processing in FIRST CLASS with an aggregate minimum of 60% or CGPA/CPI grading of 6.5 on a ten scale.
• Candidates should be completed B.E. / B.Tech. in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology / Computer Science & Engineering / Information & Communication Technology (ICT) in FIRST CLASS with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks (average of all semesters) or CGPA/CPI grading of 6.84 on a ten scale.

4. Scientist / Engineer-SC (Physics):

• Candidates should be completed M.Sc. in Physics in FIRST CLASS with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks (average of all semesters) or CGPA / CPI grading of 6.84 on a ten scale.

5. Scientist / Engineer-SC (Mechanical):

• Candidates should be completed M.E. / M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering with Specialization in Thermal Engineering / Structural Engineering / Structural Analysis / Material Science / Material Technology / CAD / CAE / Design Engineering / Industrial Safety Engineering in FIRST CLASS with an aggregate minimum of 60% or CGPA / CPI grading of 6.5 on a ten scale.
• Candidates should be completed B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering in FIRST CLASS with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks (average of all semesters) or CGPA / CPI grading of 6.84 on a ten scale.

6. Scientist / Engineer-SC (Structural):

• Candidates should be completed M.E. / M.Tech. in Structural Engineering / Civil Engineering with Specialization in Structural Engineering in FIRST CLASS with an aggregate minimum of 60% or CGPA / CPI grading of 6.5 on a ten scale.
• Candidates should be completed B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering in first class with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks (average of all semesters) or CGPA / CPI grading of 6.84 on a ten scale.

7. Scientist / Engineer-SC (Electrical):

• Candidates should be completed M.E. / M.Tech. in Electrical Engineering in FIRST CLASS with an aggregate minimum of 60% or CGPA/CPI grading of 6.5 on a ten scale.
• Candidates should be completed B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering in FIRST CLASS with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks (average of all semesters) or CGPA/CPI grading of 6.84 on a ten scale.

8. Technical Assistant (Electronics):

Candidates should be completed Diploma in Electronics / Electronics and Communication Engineering in first-class from recognized Institution / Board / University.

9. Technical Assistant (Mechanical):

Candidates should be completed a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering in first-class from recognized Institution / Board / University.

10. Technical Assistant (Civil):

Candidates should be completed a Diploma in Civil Engineering in first-class from recognized Institution / Board / University.

11. Technical Assistant (Electrical):

Candidates should be completed a Diploma in Electrical Engineering in first-class from recognized Institution / Board / University.

12. Technician ‘B’ (Fitter):

Candidates should be completed Matric (SSC / SSLC / 10th Class) + ITI / NTC / NAC in MACHINIST trade

13. Technician ‘B’ (Machinist):

Candidates should be completed Matric (SSC / SSLC / 10th Class) + ITI / NTC / NAC in MACHINIST trade

14. Technician ‘B’ (Electronics):

Candidates should be completed Matric (SSC / SSLC / 10th Class) + ITI / NTC / NAC in MECHANIC (RADIO & TV / ELECTRONICS) trade

15. Technician ‘B’ (Information Technology):

• Online registration starts from 14/03/2020 from 09.00 AM to 01/05/2020 till 05.00 PM
• Candidates should have a valid email-id and mobile number.
• Candidates fill the online form with all the relevant correct details.
• After registration 14 digits On-line Registration Number will be generated. Candidates should note it for future reference.
• After submitting the Online Recruitment Application, the candidates are required to take a print out of the finally submitted Online Recruitment Application.
