Pay Scale:
Candidates finally selected for the appointment will be given a salary as per Government Rules.

Age Relaxation:
- Upto 10 years for PwD candidates.
- The upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years for serving Civilian Central Govt. employees working in posts which are in the same line or allied cadres and where a relationship could be established that the service already rendered in a particular post will be useful for the efficient discharge of the duties of the advertised posts.
- The upper age limit is relaxable for Ex-servicemen including Ex SSCOs/ECOs as per rules in vogue.
Educational Qualification:
1. Electronics & Communication Engineering
- First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Electronics & Communication Engineering with
- Valid GATE score in Electronics & Communication Engineering OR
- Minimum 80% aggregate marks in EQ degree, if done from IIT or NIT.
2. Mechanical Engineering
- First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Mechanical Engg with
- Valid GATE score in Mechanical Engg OR
- Minimum 80% aggregate marks in EQ degree, if done from IIT or NIT.
3. Computer Science & Engineering
- First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Computer Science & Engg with
- Valid GATE score in Computer Science & Engg OR
- Minimum 80% aggregate marks in EQ degree, if done from IIT or NIT.
4. Electrical Engineering
- First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Electrical Engg from a recognized university or equivalent.

5. Material Science & Engg / Metallurgical Engineering
