Educational Qualification:

1. Deputy Director (System) 

Candidates should have completed the courses with First Class or minimum 60%

  • PhD Degree in Computer Science & IT or M.E / M.Tech. in Computer Science / IT with 3 years experience or B.E./ B.Tech. / M.Sc. Degree in Computer Science / IT/ MCA with 5 years experience in computer programming.

2. Deputy Director (Planning)

  • Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Planning / Architecture / Civil / Municipal Engineering or Master Degree in Geography / Sociology / Economics.
  • Post graduation in Planning with specialization in any of the fields of Town / City / Urban/ Housing / Transport / Environmental Planning.

3. Assistant Director (Planning)

  • Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Planning / Architecture / Civil / Municipal Engineering or Master Degree in Geography/ Sociology / Economics.
  • Post graduation in Planning with specialization in any field of the fields of Town / City / Urban / Housing / Transport / Environmental Planning.

4. Assistant Director (Systems)

Candidates should have completed the courses with First Class or minimum 60%

  • Candidates should have completed M. E. / M. Tech. in Computer Science / IT  OR B.E. / B. Tech. / M.Sc. in Computer Science / IT / M.C.A with one-year experience in relevant field.

5. Assistant Accountants Officer

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) / Company Secretary (CS) ICWA / Master in Financial Control / MBA (Finance).

6. Planning Assistant

  • Candidates should have completed Bachelor’s Degree in Planning / Architecture.

7. Section Officer (Horticulture)

  • Candidates should have completed Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or Horticulture or Forestry.

8. Architectural Officer

  • Candidates should have completed a Degree in Architecture.

9. Surveyor

  • Candidates should have completed Diploma or 2 years’ National Trade Certificate in Surveying or equivalent and 2 years experience in Survey work.

10. Stenographer Grade- D

  • Candidates should have a Senior Secondary Certificate (12th Class pass).Skill Test Norms:
  • Dictation – 10 min at the speed of 80 w.p.m. Transcription (Only on computer) – 50 min (English) & 65 min (Hindi).

11. Patwari

  • Candidates should have a Graduate degree from any recognized University

12. Junior Secretariat Assistant

  • 12th class pass, Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English and 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer (35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. corresponding to 10500 KDPH / 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word).

13. Mali

  • 10th Pass from a Recognized Board or University.
