Educational Qualification:
- Candidates should have completed MA / M. Phil in Clinical Psychology.
Experience:
- Professional experience for 5 years in a similar capacity for
- Constructing / conducting psychological tests.
- Administering the tests.
- Scoring and interpreting the test results.
- Drawing a report based on the result.
- Adapting and translating psychological test.
- The incumbent must have an understanding of the personality variables required in individuals who handle high pressure situations, particularly those related to defence / security. Further, they must be able to identity and administer psychological tests that measures these variable to assist in the short listing of personnel for VIP Security duties.
