- SSC with Trade Certificate in respective trade / HSC / HSC HSC (Science) with 60% marks in aggregate Plus 2 years Diploma.
3. Technical Officer/C
- M.Sc / BE/B.Tech. / M.Lib.
4. Scientific Assistant/B
- B.Sc.in Food Technology / Home Science / Nutrition.
5. Technician/B
- SSC with Second Class Boiler Attendant’s Certificate.

Stipendiary Trainee Category – II / Technician/B:
- Preliminary Test
- Advanced Test
- Skill Test
Technical Officer/C:
