The age limit should be between 21 to 35 years.

Educational Qualification:

• A candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent from a recognized University.
• A candidate, who has appeared at an examination the passing of which would render him eligible to appear at this examination but has not been informed of result, may apply for admission to the examination.
• A candidate, who intends to appear at such a qualifying examination, may also apply,
  provided the qualifying examination is completed before the commencement of this examination.
• Candidates who have passed the final professional M.B.B.S. or any other
  Medical Examination equivalent.

3. Viva Voce
4. Interview.

Syllabus:

General Studies:

• History, geography, political, art & culture and socio-economic development of Himachal Pradesh.
• Currents events of national and international importance.
• History of India and Indian national movement.
• Indian and World Geography-physical, social, economic geography of India and the world.
• Indian polity and governance –Constitution, political system, Panchayati Raj, Public Policy, Rights Issues, etc.
• Economic and social development –sustainable development poverty, inclusion, demographics, social sector initiatives, etc.
• General issues on environmental ecology, bio-diversity and climate Change –that do not require subject specialization
• General Science.

Aptitude Test:

• Comprehension
• Interpersonal skills including communication skills
• Logical reasoning and analytical ability
• Decision making and problem-solving
• General mental ability
• Basic numeracy (numbers and their relations, orders of magnitude, etc. (Class X level), Data interpretation (charts, graphs, tables, data sufficiency, etc. – Class X level).
• English Language comprehension skills (Class X level)
