Age limit:
Candidates should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years. Candidates must satisfy the given age criteria to be eligible for the posts.

Age Relaxation:
Age relaxation for different categories is applicable as per RPSC norms.
- SC / ST / OBC / MBC and EWS (Male) of Rajasthan State and Women (Gen): 05 years
- SC / ST / OBC / MBC and EWS (Female): 10 years
- Widow and divorcee Women: No upper age limit
Educational Qualification:
1. Hindi / English / Maths / Sanskrit / Urdu / Punjabi
- Candidates should have completed Graduate or equivalent examination recognized by UGC with concerned subject as Optional Subject, and Degree or Diploma in Education recognized by the National Council of Teacher Education / Government.
2. Science
- Graduate or equivalent examination recognized by UGC with at least two of the following subjects as Optional Subjects Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, Micro Biology, Bio-Technology and Bio-Chemistry and Degree or Diploma in Education recognized by the National Council of Teacher Education / Government.
3. Social Science
- Graduate or equivalent examination recognized by UGC with at least two of the following subjects as Optional
- Subjects:–History, Geography, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Public Administration and Philosophy, and Degree or Diploma in education recognized by the National Council of Teacher Education / Government.
Selection Process:
The selection will be based on two stages
- Written Exam (Paper-I)
- Written Exam (Paper-II)
Exam Pattern:
The Exam will be conducted in two stages i.e. paper-I & paper-II. Candidates can check the detailed exam pattern below.
Paper – I
- The question paper will carry maximum 200 marks.
- Duration of the question paper will be 2.00 hours.
- The question paper will carry 100 questions of multiple choices.
- Paper shall include following subjects:-
(i) Geographical, Historical, Cultural and general knowledge of Rajasthan.
(ii) Current Affairs of Rajasthan
(iii) General knowledge of world and India
(iv) Educational Psychology. - Negative marking shall be applicable in the evaluation of answer. For every wrong answer one third of the the marks prescribed for that particular question shall be deducted.
Explantion: Wrong answer shall mean an incorrect answer or multiple answers. - The minimum qualifying marks for each paper shall be 40%. Provided that the percentage fixed as above shall be relaxed by 5% for the candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.
Paper – II
- The question paper will carry maximum 300 marks.
- Duration of question paper will be 2 Hours 30 Minutes
- The question paper will carry 150 questions of multiple choices
- Negative marking shall be applicable in the evaluation of answers. For every wrong answer one third of the the marks prescribed for that particular question shall be deducted.
Explantion: Wrong answer shall mean an incorrect answer or multiple answers. - The minimum qualifying marks for each paper shall be 40%. Provided that the percentage fixed as above shall be relaxed by 5% for the candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.
- Paper shall include following subjects :-
(i) Knowledge of secondary and senior secondary standard about relevant subject matter.
(ii) knowledge of graduation standard about relevant subject matter
(iii) Teaching methods of relevant subject.

Candidates must pay the application fee online. Only after submitting the application fees, the online application will be accepted.

- Click RPSC Online ->Apply online link.
- Complete the One Time Registration (OTR) in the Recruitment Portal.
- After the registration, candidates will receive an application I.D. to the registered email id or phone number.
- Login using Application I.D. / Register Number and Password.
- Fill in the online application form with the correct details.
- Upload all the required documents in the prescribed format.
- Read the payment instructions carefully and complete the payment online.
- Take a printout of the application for future reference.
