Pay Scale:
Candidates will receive a monthly salary with Grade pay and other allowances as per the Government rules.

Age Limit:
The age minimum & maximum age limit as on 01/01/2023 for the Lady Constable post is given below. The age relaxation will be applicable as per Government rules.

Age Relaxation:
Relaxation in the age limit is applicable for the candidates belonging to the reserved categories.

Educational Qualification:
1. Constable
- The applicant must have passed Madhyamik Examination (10th) from the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent.
Language:
- The applicant must be able to speak, read and write the Bengali language, provided that the provision will not be applicable to the persons who are permanent residents of hill sub-divisions of Darjeeling and Kalimpong Districts.
- (ii) For the applicant of hill sub-divisions of Darjeeling and Kalimpong Districts, the provisions laid down in the West Bengal Official Language Act, 1961 (West Ben. Act XXIV of 1961) shall be applicable.
Selection Process:

- Interview
