Notification is out for 11 Management Trainee posts in the various disciplines in Visakhapatnam. Eligible candidates can apply online from 20/07/2020 to 10/08/2020. Pay Scale:

• Management Trainee: 20,600 – 46,500/- per month.

Age limit (as on 01/05/2020):

• The upper age limit is 27 years.
• Candidates not born earlier than 01/05/1993

Educational Qualification:

1. MT (HR):

The candidate should have a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate of all years / semesters & all subjects (50% in aggregate for SC / PwD) in Bachelors Degree (Full time) as well in MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma (Full-time course of minimum 02 years) in HR Management / Personnel Management & Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / Social Work (with HR as the main subject) from a recognized University / Institute.

 2. MT (Marketing):

The candidate should have a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate of all years / semesters & all subjects (50% in aggregate for SC) in Bachelors Degree (Full time) as well in MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma (Full-time course of minimum 2 years) in Marketing Management from a recognized University / Institute.

3. MT (CC):

The candidate should have a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate of all years / semesters & all subjects in Bachelors Degree (Full time) as well in MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma (Full-time course of minimum 2 years) in Mass Communications /Journalism from a recognized University / Institute.

Selection Process:

The selection will be based on the UGC-NET, June-2020 score.

• Take a print of the Registration Slip to be produced at the time of Personal Interview.
