Educational Qualification:
1. Matron (Female):
Candidates should have passed Intermediate or equivalent and should be able to converse fluently in English.
Desirable:
- Candidates should be completed B.A / B.Sc. / B.Com Degree.
- Attainments in Sports / Art / Music.
- Mature ladies without encumbrances and with minimum 03 years of experience of handling of girl children (age group 10-18 years)with affection will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Computers & Typist.
- Maintenance of Housekeeping Records.
- Relevant working experience at Sainik School / Residential Public Schools.
2. Nursing Sister (Female):
- Candidates should be completed Nursing Diploma / Degree.
- Candidates should have 05 years’ experience or ex-serviceman of Medical Assistant trade with atleast 05 years of service after Training.
Desirable:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Gynecology Department.
- Knowledge of Computers & Typewriting.
- Maintenance of Health / Medical Records.
- Candidates should be able to converse fluently in English.
3. General Employees (Female):
- Candidates should have passed Matriculation or Equivalent.
- Higher qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a Certificate of National Skill Development Course / Any Govt.
- Sponsored Institute in any of the following fields:-Housekeeping, Gardening, Laundry, etc.
Desirable:
Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in any of the following fields. ie. Janitor, Laundry, Gardening, Housekeeping, etc.
Selection Process:
The selection will be based on the:
- Written Exam
- Demonstration and Interaction.
