Age limit (as on 20/12/2021):
Candidates who apply for the apprentice post must have the required age limit to be eligible for the posts. The minimum and maximum age limit of the candidates is as follows.

Age Relaxation:
The upper age limit is relaxable for SC, ST, OBC and PWD candidates as per rules. Age relaxation is as under.

Educational Qualification:
1. Welder (Gas & Electric)
- Candidates should have passed 8th & ITI in the Welder trade from NCVT/SCVT recognized UP or MP based Institute only.
2. Fitter
- Candidates should have passed 10th & ITI in the fitter trade from NCVT/SCVT recognized UP or MP based Institute only.
3. Electrician
- Candidates should have completed 10th & ITI in the electrician trade from NCVT/SCVT recognized UP or MP based Institute only.
4. Motor Mechanic
- Candidates should have passed 10th & ITI in Motor Mechanic Trade.
Note: Candidates should have completed Full time, regular courses in relevant trade with minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General and OBC candidates and 45% marks in aggregate in case of SC/ST/PWD candidates against reserved positions.
