Educational Qualification:

1.Java Developer:

• Candidates should be completed M.Tech with 60% marks or BE / B.Tech with 60% marks.
• Candidates should have a minimum 05 year experience in JAVA/J2EE/Spring for Sr.Java Developer.
• Candidates should have a minimum 02 year experience in JAVA/J2EE/Spring for Jr.Java Developer.

2. Sr.Engineer:

• Candidates should be completed BE / B.Tech (EEE / ECE) with MBA (Finance / Marketing) with 60% marks.
• Candidates should have a minimum of 03 years of experience in Management Information System, forecasting, collecting and interpreting data, monitoring, evaluating and reporting on the performance of the Company in line with agreed measures and standards.
• Project report preparation and ability to manage the budget preparation and implementation process.
• Develop, evaluate and disseminate company s long term strategic business plans in line with corporate objectives.

3. Sr.Engineer / Engineer:

• Candidates should be completed M.Tech with 60% marks or BE / B.Tech with 60% marks.
• Candidates should have a minimum of 02 year experience in the Android / IOS Mobile App development framework like Ionic, React Native, Flutter, Native Android / IOS, etc.
• Candidates should have excellent communication and written skills.

4. Engineer:

• Candidates should be completed BE / B.Tech with 60% marks.
• Candidates should have a minimum of 06 months of experience in Python, Django/ Android.

5. Technical Assistant:

• Candidates should be completed a three-year full-time Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with 60% marks.
• Candidates should have a minimum of 01-year experience in the related field. VSSC Soldering School Certification Preferred. (OR)
• Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience in the Electronics / Lighting / Medical Equipment Industry. (OR)
• Experience in SMD operations is preferable. (OR)
• Knowledge in the assembling of electronic products is essential. (OR)
• Candidates should have experience in documentation and related works. (OR)
• Minimum one year experience in Electronics / Lighting / Medical Equipment Industry.  (OR)
• Experience in-store management of electronic components and products. (OR)
• Experience in Logistics Management is preferable. (OR)
• Candidates should have experience in documentation of stock / material status. (OR)
• Candidates should have a minimum of 01 year Industrial Experience working in Autocad is essential.

6. Operator:

• Candidates should be completed  ITI – Fitter with 60% marks. (OR)
• Candidates should be completed ITI – Painter with 60% marks. (OR)
• Candidates should be completed ITI (Electrical / Electronics / MRTV) with 60% marks.
• Candidates should have a minimum 1-year experience in the related field.
• Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience in the Electronics / Lighting / Medical Equipment Industry. Experience in SMD soldering is essential.
• Experience in soldering work related to Hearing Aids / Equipments is preferable.

Selection Process:

The selection will be based on the:

2. Skill Test
3. Group Discussion
4. Interview.
