- Candidates should apply online by visiting the IOCL official website: www.iocl.com
- Choose Careers > All India Open Recruitment of workmen by IOCL(MD), Southern Region> Apply Online.
- Candidates must register using a valid Email ID and Mobile Number.
- Fill in all the details correctly and click submit.
- System generated registration number is sent in his registered email id / SMS.
- Upload scanned photograph and signature.
- Pay the application fee.
- Take a printout of the online application.
Each document should be self-attested and in Jpg / Pdf format of not less than 20 Kb and not exceeding 50 Kb size (20 Kb to 50 Kb Size).

| 4 | Experience Certificate |
| 5 | Attested copy of EWS/SC/ST/OBC-NCL certificate in prescribed format issued by Competent Authority, if applicable |
| 6 | Copy of Service Book, Discharge Certificate for Ex-servicemen |
| 7 | Recent colour passport size photograph. |
| 8 | Signature in black ink |
