Pay Scale:

• Company Secretary Trainee: 

The stipend shall be 9000/- 10000/- per month during the first & second year of Training respectively. In case of Qualified candidates, the stipend is 18000/- per month.

Age limit:

The age limit should be between 20 to 35 years.

Educational Qualification:

• The candidate must have passed the CS Executive Level an additional graduation degree would be preferred.

Skill Sets Required:

• The candidate shall have the working knowledge of the Companies Act 2013.
• The candidate shall have good communication & Drafting skills and should be able to work in a computerized environment.

Selection Process:

The selection will be based on the Interview.
