Defence Research and Development Organisation, Gas Turbine Research Establishment (GTRE) invites applications from Indian Nationals to fill 150 Apprentice vacancies. Candidates can check vacancies in the below table.

Pay Scale:
Candidates finally selected for the apprenticeship training will be offered a stipend as given below.

Age limit:
Candidates should not be less than 18 years of age as on 14/03/2022. Category wise age limits are given under.

Educational Qualification:
1. Graduate Apprentice
- B.E / B.Tech granted by a statutory University / by an institution empowered to award such degrees by an Act of Parliament.
2. Diploma Apprentice
- Diploma in engineering or technology granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Educational established by a State Government / by a University / by an Institute recognised by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to a diploma.
- Sandwich course student who is undergoing training in order that he/ she may hold a diploma in Engineering / Technology.
3. ITI Apprentice
- A certificate in vocational Course involving two years of study after the completion of the secondary stage of school education recognised by the All India Council for Technical education.
- A sandwich course student who is undergoing training in order that he may hold a certificate mentioned in.
4. Graduate Apprentice (General Stream)
- A degree granted by a statutory University / by an institution empowered to award such degrees by an Act of Parliament / Educational Institutes established by a State Government / by an Institute recognised by the State Government or Central Government.

The selection will be based on the following
- Academic Merit / Written Test / Interview

- Register using the active email id and mobile number.
- Log in and Apply using the generated registration number and password.
- Candidates should fill in all the details asked in the application form correctly.
- Candidates must also upload a scanned copy of the required documents.
- Click SUBMIT.
- Print Application form for future reference.
- Candidates are required to bring a signed printout of the application along with the originals of the documents submitted online at the time of joining at GTRE, Bengaluru.
