Educational Qualification:

• Candidate must be a M.Sc. Graduate in Chemistry / Agricultural Chemistry / Biochemistry / Microbiology / Dairy Chemistry / Food Technology / Oil Technology / Toxicology / Biotechnology from a recognized University or equivalent

OR

• Candidate must be a B.Tech Graduate in Oil / Food / Chemical Technology from a recognized University or equivalent.

Desirable:

• Research experience in framing of standards for agricultural commodities.
• Research experience in agricultural commodities and organic materials as evidenced by
  published work.

Experience:

• Candidate with M.Sc. in Chemistry / Agricultural Chemistry / Biochemistry / Microbiology / Dairy Chemistry / Food Technology / Oil Technology / Toxicology / Biotechnology must have 1 year experience in the analysis of agricultural commodities and organic materials from Central / State Governments / Union territories / Autonomous / statutory organisations / Public Sector Undertakings / University / recognized Research Institutions / National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories accredited Laboratory.

OR

• Candidate with B.Tech Graduate in Oil / Food / Chemical Technology must have 2 years experience in a supervisory capacity in analytical work of agricultural commodities and organic materials out of which one year should be in the analysis of agricultural commodities or organic materials from Central / State Governments / Union territories / Autonomous / statutory organizations / Public Sector Undertakings / University / recognized Research Institutions / National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories accredited Laboratory.
