Educational Qualification:
1. SI (Master):
- Candidates should be completed 10+2 or it’s equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Second Class Master Certificate issued by the Central or State Inland Water Transport Authority or Mercantile Marine Department.
2. SI (Engine Driver):
- Candidates should be completed 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized Board or University and
- First Class Engine Driver Certificate issued by the Central or State Inland Water Transport Authority or Mercantile Marine Department.
3. SI (Workshop):
- Candidates should be completed Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or
- Three years Diploma in Mechanical or Marine or Automobile Engineering from a recognized University or Institution.
4. HC (Master):
- Candidates should be completed Matriculation from a recognized board or equivalent and
- Candidates should have a Serang Certificate.
5. HC (Engine Driver):
- Candidates should be completed Matriculation from a recognized board or equivalent and
- Possessing a second class Engine Driver Certificate.
6. Mechanic (Diesel / Petrol Engine):
- Candidates should be completed a Matriculation from a recognized Board or equivalent and
- Industrial Training Institute Diploma in respective trade (i.e. Motor Mechanic (Diesel / Petrol Engine) Machinist / Carpentry / Electrician / Air conditioner Technician / Electronics and Plumbing) from a recognized Institution.
7. Electrician:
- Candidates should be completed a Matriculation from a recognized Board or equivalent and
- Industrial Training Institute Diploma in respective trade (i.e. Motor Mechanic (Diesel / Petrol Engine) Machinist / Carpentry / Electrician / Air conditioner Technician / Electronics and Plumbing) from a recognized Institution.
8. AC Technician:
- Candidates should be completed a Matriculation from a recognized Board or equivalent and

13. CT (Crew):

- Candidates should have a 01-year experience in operation of Boat below 265 HP and
- Candidates should know swimming in deep water without any assistance.
Selection Process:
The selection will be based on the:
- Written Examination
- Physical Efficiency Test
- Physical Standard Test
- Document Verification.
