Educational Qualification:

1. Project Director & Assistant Project Director

• Candidates must posses Bachelor degree in Engineering (Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics) or equivalent.

Skill:

• Excellent data analytical skills.
• Proficiency in computer operations in particular MS Office Package
• Ability for verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.

2. IT Manager

• Candidates must posses Bachelors degree in Engineering (Computer / IT) or MCA or equivalent.

Skill:

• Proficiency in computer operations in particular MSOffice Package.
•  Ability for verbal and written communication skills.
•  Coordination skills.
•  Willingness to travel.

Experience:

1. Project Director

• Candidates should have minimum 12 years of overall experience in the Broadcast Sector with minimum of 2 years in supervisory / management position and 2 years in Digital Cable TV Distribution Sector.
• Candidates should have experience in supervising, leading and managing 25 or more Team members.
• Candidates with experience in project implementation / monitoring and coordination with state / central government will be given preference.

2. Assistant Project Director

• Candidates should have minimum 8 years of overall Experience in the Broadcast Sector with at least 2 years in Cable TV Distribution Sector.
• Candidates should have experience in supervising, leading and managing 5 or more Team members.
• Candidates with experience in project implementation / monitoring and coordination with state / central government will be given preference.

3. IT Manager

• Candidates should have minimum 6 years of overall Experience in the Managing and supporting the IT infrastructure.
