Educational Qualification:
1. Research Associate (I / II / III):
Candidates should be completed Ph.D. in Physics / Material Science / Electronics Science with the relevant background or MS / M.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 3 year’s experience in the relevant field.
2. Senior Research Fellow / Project Associate 2:
- The qualification prescribed for JRF + 2 years experience. (OR)
- First class / 60% marks for M.Sc in Physics / Electronics Science / Materials Science with at least 02 years experience in the relevant field.
3. Junior Research Fellow / Project Associate 1:
Candidates should be completed first class / 60% marks for M.Sc in Physics / Electronics Science / Materials Science JRF will be offered only to those qualified NET / GATE.
Selection Process:
The selection will be based on the Interview.
