Age Relaxation:
Age relaxation is applicable for SC, ST & OBC candidates.

Educational Qualification:
1. Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver:
- Candidates should have passed 10th Standard.
- Must have original valid HMV Driving License.
2. Customer Service Executive:
Candidates should have completed a Graduate Degree with relevant experience.
3. Ramp Service Executive
- Diploma or ITI in relevant discipline.
- Candidate must carry an original valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) license.
4. Junior Officer:
- Candidates should have completed a Graduate degree with 09 years of experience, from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern with M.B.A. or equivalent.
5. Handyman / Handywoman:
- SSC /10th Standard Pass.
- Must be able to read and understand English Language.
- Knowledge of Local and Hindi Languages.
6. Junior Customer Service Executive
- Candidates must have completed 12th.
