National Institute for Empowerment of Persons with Multiple Disabilities has announced the NIEPMD Assistant Professor Recruitment 2019 notification on 04/12/2019. Notification is out for 05 posts such as Assistant Professor (PMR) (Consultant), Assistant Professor (Clinical Psychology) (Consultant), Administrative Officer (Consultant), Accountant (Consultant) and Workshop Supervisor-cum Store Keeper (Consultant) on a contract basis. The period of contractual engagement as a consultant will be for 11 months.

Age limit:
No upper age limit and post based reservation is prescribed for any post.
Educational Qualification:
1. Assistant Professor (PMR) (Consultant):
- MBBS
- PG degree / Diploma in PMR recognized by MCI / RCI.
- Registration with MCI.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching or research in a related field.
Desirable:
- Ph.D. in the field of rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities.
2. Assistant Professor (Clinical Psychology) (Consultant):
- M.Phil.in Clinical or Rehabilitation Psychology (Full-time course) recognized by RCI.
- Registration with RCI.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching/ research in the field of rehabilitation.
Desirable:
- Ph.D. in a related field of rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities.
3. Administrative Officer (Consultant):
- Post Graduate Degree / MBA.
- Minimum 5 years experience in establishment / admin. matters in any Govt. Organization / Autonomous Bodies / Public Sector
4. Accountant (Consultant):
- Commerce graduate with hands-on knowledge of computer and Tally.
- Minimum 2 years experience in handling accounts / cash in Govt. or Semi Govt. Establishments / Autonomous Bodies / Public Sector Undertaking / Semi-Government / Quasi-Government.
Desirable:
- M.Com / MBA (Fin.)
5. Workshop Supervisor-cum Store Keeper (Consultant):
- 10+2 or equivalent qualification.
- Diploma / Certificate in Prosthetics & Orthotics.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the concerned area.
Selection Process:
The selection will be based on the Interview.
