Educational Qualification:
1. Management Trainee (Welfare)
- Candidates should have completed Full time regular Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce or in Law of any University With A Full time regular Post Graduate Degree or Diploma with minimum 60% marks covering Labour Legislations with case law, Industrial relations, Personnel Management, Human Resource Management and other allied subjects with Labour Welfare as a Special subject, of not less than two years duration conducted by a University of the State of Telangana or recognised by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
- One year Post Graduate Diploma Course in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management with minimum 60% marks awarded by the Osmania University, Hyderabad
upto the academic year 1991-92 shall be treated as recognised and equivalent qualification to the Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management covering Labour Welfare. - Candidates must possess adequate knowledge of Telugu Language.
2. Management Trainee (HR)
- Candidates should have completed Minimum 60% marks in 02 years full time MBA / PG
Degree or Diploma, from Universities / Institutes recognized by UGC / AICTE, with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations / Human Resource Management / HR.
3. Management Trainee (Chemical)
- Full time regular Engineering Degree (B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. Engg.) in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology from recognized Institute with minimum 60% marks. OR
- AMIE in Chemical Engineering.
4. Management Trainee (Chemical Lab)
- Full time regular M.Sc (Chemistry) with minimum 60% marks.
