ii.Statement by WEF founder Klaus said that there is a need to decarbonize the economy in the short window to bring our thinking and behaviour harmonious with nature.
Also to restore smart global cooperation structured to address the challenges of the next 50 years into an effective functioning system.
iii. There is a need to evolve our economic model and put people and the planet at the heart of global value creation, hence, our economy needs to be secured for the future, as stated by Prince Charles.
Note: The initiative of environmental, social and good governance measured as a part of corporate and governmental accountability needs implementation.
Why the initiative?
To have to move from short-term to long-term thinking of shareholder, from capitalism to stakeholder responsibility concerning the global health crisis and its longstanding ruptures in economies and societies, which, has created a social crisis that requires urgent attention.
