INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE
Venue – BOI, Noida
Date – 15/03/16
Timing – 1.00 pm
Panel- IVÂ – (5 men and 1 woman)
After document verification, I got chance to appear in interview at around 4 pm. I entered the room and wished good morning to lady first and then to all men. They asked me to sit and then started a rapid fire interview.
M1- Please tell us something about yourself.
Me- Told.
M1- So you are working in pharma industry, what are your responsibilities there in your company?
Me- Told.
M1- What are opiods in pharma industry?
Me- Answered. Opiods are drug derivatives that are used for acute pain management. These drugs are centrally acting drugs which act in our brain. These act on our central nervous system in the brain. These drug derivatives are used for acute pain management only.
M1- What are NSAIDS in pharma market?
Me- Sir, NSAIDs stads for Non steroid anti inflammatory drugs. These are also used for pain management both acute and chronic. And also explained them by giving examples.
M2- What is ethical marketing?
Me- Answered by giving example of an organization. They seemed satisfied.
M1- What is aggressive marketing?
Me- Answered.
M1- What is self regulation in marketing?
Me- Answered but was not knowing exact answer.
M1- What is banking?
Me- Answered.
M1- What is KYC?
Me- Answered.
M2- What is Financial Inclusion?
Me- Answered.

My interview went for 10-12 minutes. I almost answered all the questions but one answer might be wrong or not appropriate. All in all it was good. Hoping for the best.
