1. Conjure – जादू

Meaning – cause (a spirit or ghost) to appear by means of a magic ritual.

Usage – “they hoped to conjure up the spirit of their dead friend”

Synonyms – adjure, ask, beg, beseech, brace, crave, entreat, importune, pray, supplicate, urge.

antonyms – disgust, turn off

2. Heist – चोरी

Meaning – a robbery.

Usage – “a diamond heist”

Synonyms – break-in, breaking and entering, caper, crime, five-finger discount, holdup, larceny, pilferage etc.

3. Crunch – की कमी

Meaning – crush (a hard or brittle foodstuff) with the teeth, making a loud but muffled grinding sound.

Usage – she paused to crunch a ginger biscuit

4. Inferno – नरक

Meaning – a large fire that is dangerously out of control.

5. Impugnवाद-विवाद करना

Meaning – dispute the truth, validity, or honesty of (a statement or motive); call into question.

Usage – “the father does not impugn her capacity as a good mother”

Synonyms – call into question, challenge, question, dispute, query, take issue with, impeach.

6. Flinch – बच निकलना

Meaning – make a quick, nervous movement of the face or body as an instinctive reaction to fear or pain.

Usage – “she flinched at the acidity in his voice”

9. Diaspora – प्रवासी

Meaning – the dispersion of the Jews beyond Israel.

10. Decrepit – पुराना

Meaning – worn out or ruined because of age or neglect.

Usage – “a row of decrepit houses”
