I.  Answer the questions based on the following information.
Some of the data missing in the table. You have to find out the remaining values based on the following facts.Half the students were either excellent or good. 40% of the students were Females. One-Third of the male students were average.

  1. How many Students are both male and good?
    A. 23
    B. 22
    C. 20

    Answer – B. 22
    Explanation :
    40% of the students were Females. x- Total no of students
    40% of x = 32 => x = (32/40)*100 = 80
    Male = 80 -32 = 48
    Average male = 1/3 of Male = 1/3 of 48 = 16
    Good male = Total – [Average + Good] = 48 -[16+10] = 22
    Total students = 80. Half of the students = 40, As per the table Good = 30
    Half the students were either Excellent or Good, Good =30 so Excellent =10, remaining Average = 40
    Good Female = Total – Good Male = 30 -22 = 8
    Excellent Female = Total – Good Male = 10 – 0 = 10

    Total income of TCS during three years =[40 + 30 + 70] = 140 crore
    Total income of Infosys during three years =[10 + 70 + 60] = 140 crore

    Difference in Expenditure = 60.2 crore – 44 crore = 16.2 crore

    Income of Tech Mahindra in 2013 = 30 crore

    Income of Wipro in 2015 = 70 crore
    Expenditure of Wipro in 2015 = 84% of 70 crore = 58.8 crore
    Profit of Wipro in 2015 = 70 crore – 58.8 crore = 11.2 crore
    Required Ratio = 5.4 : 11.2 = 54:112 = 27:56
