INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE
I reached at about 8:20AM. Everything happened very fast. At 8:30 we were asked to show interview call letter with ID proof. Then they called some names from every panel to come out. Thank god my name was there.
Firstly they did biometric verification very strictly. Checking every candidate’s left thumb by scratching with their own thumbs.
Secondly document verification was done very calmly. I was the first one in my panel for interview. I was taken to first floor and told to sit outside room where only one sir was there. After 5-10 min one mam came. I wished her good morning outside only. Then after 2-3 min my name was called. At that time only one mam and 4 sirs were there in the interview panel. I wished them good morning.
M1: Tell me something about yourself?
Me: Answered
M1: How you prepared for interview?
Me: I said that I prepared from internet & books.
M1: What are different types of risks in banking?
Me: Explained one well but not other two. They seemed some unsatisfied.
M1: What is CAR?
Me: Explained and told it is 9 % in India. But they asked of what’s 9%. I told Capital but it was wrong
M1: What is crop of your area(Lakhimpur)?
Me: Answered.. Ganna
OTHER QUESTIONS THAT I ANSWERED
1) Who is head of air force and his name.
2) Who is head of all three senas PM/president
3) How are clouds formed?
4) What is Acid Rain as I am B.Sc. From PCM group
5) When and why were banks nationalized?
That’s it friends. So just relax and enjoy this challenge. Please remain honest to them. I really enjoyed it.
