1. Tweaking – ठीक करना

Meaning – twist or pull (something) sharply.

Usage – “he tweaked the boy’s ear”

Synonyms – pull sharply, twist, tug, pinch, nip, twitch, squeeze, jerk.

2. Lobby

Meaning – seek to influence (a legislator) on an issue.

Usage – “they insist on their right to lobby Congress”

Synonyms – seek to influence, try to persuade, bring pressure to bear on, importune, persuade, influence, sway; petition, solicit, appeal to, call on, urge, press, pressure, pressurize, push.

3. Plunge – डुबकी

Meaning – jump or dive quickly and energetically.

Usage – “our little daughters whooped as they plunged into the sea”

4. Briefings – ब्रीफिंग

Meaning – the ability to make good judgements and take quick decisions.

Meaning – inspiring fear or respect through being impressively large, powerful, intense, or capable.

Usage – “a formidable opponent”

Meaning – struggle to surmount (a difficulty).

9. Primacy – प्रधानता

Meaning – the fact of being pre-eminent or most important.

synonyms –  greater importance, priority, precedence, pre-eminence, preference, superiority, first place, pride of place, weighting, supremacy, ascendancy, sovereignty, dominance, dominion.

Usage – “London’s primacy as a financial centre”

10. Stalling – रोकने

Meaning – stop or cause to stop making progress.
