1. Composite – मिश्रण

Meaning – made up of several parts or elements.

Synonyms – blended, complex, compound, conglomerate, melded, synthesized etc.

Antonyms – homogeneous, simple, unblended, uncombined, uniform, unmixed etc.

2. legislation – कानून

Meaning – laws, considered collectively.

Usage – “it will require legislation to change this situation”

Synonyms – law-making, law enactment, law formulation, codification, prescription, ratification etc.

Antonyms – block, disallowance, hindrance, stop, veto etc.

3. Envisaged – उल्लिखित

Meaning – contemplate or conceive of as a possibility or a desirable future event.

Usage – “the Rome Treaty envisaged free movement across frontiers”

Synonyms – foresee, predict, forecast, foretell, anticipate, expect, think likely, envision etc.

antonyms – be quiet, hide, withhold etc.

4. Virtual – अप्रत्यक्ष

Meaning – almost or nearly as described, but not completely or according to strict definition.

Usage – “the virtual absence of border controls”

Synonyms – effective, in effect, near, near enough, essential, practical, for all practical purposes, to all intents and purposes, in all but name, indirect, implied, implicit, unacknowledged, tacit etc.

antonyms – actual, authentic, real etc.

5. fatalities – भाग्यवशता

Meaning – an occurrence of death by accident, in war, or from disease.

Usage – “80 per cent of pedestrian fatalities occur in built-up areas”

Synonyms – death, casualty, mortality, victim, loss, dead person; dead etc.

6. convention – समझौता, सम्मेलन

Meaning – an agreement between states covering particular matters, especially one less formal than a treaty.

Usage – “the convention, signed by the six states bordering on the Black Sea, aims to prevent further pollution”

Synonyms – agreement, accord, protocol, compact, pact; treaty, concordat, entente; understanding, arrangement; contract, bargain, deal etc.

Antonyms – crankiness, creepiness, deviation, eccentricity etc.

7. presumptive – आनुमानिक

Meaning – of the nature of a presumption; presumed in the absence of further information.

Usage –  “a presumptive diagnosis”

Synonyms – conjectural, speculative, tentative, suppositional, notional, hypothetical

8. Tiling – खि़ताब

Meaning – titles, captions, or subtitles added to something such as a book cover or video

Synonyms – Title

9. Rival – प्रतिद्वंद्वी

Meaning – a person or thing competing with another for the same objective or for superiority in the same field of activity.

Usage – “he has no serious rival for the job”

Synonyms – competitor, opponent, contestant, contender, challenger; adversary, antagonist, enemy, foe, nemesis; rarecorrival, vier etc.

Antonyms – assisting, associate, supporting etc.

10. Traction – संकर्षण

Meaning – the action of drawing or pulling something over a surface, especially a road or track.

Usage – “a primitive vehicle used in animal traction”

Synonyms – : grip, friction, adhesion, purchase, resistance; pull, haulage, propulsion, drag etc.

antonyms – slipperiness.
